2. Can I make / receive calls when I am using mundu IM?

Making calls while using mundu IM is not a problem. Receiving calls during an active chat session or file transfer session on GPRS or CDMA data connections has sometimes been reported as a problem. In such a case, the person who is calling you might be informed that you are unavailable. Exact behaviour is dependant on the network provider and your handset. Users on most EDGE, 3G or Wi-Fi networks should be able to receive calls.

3. Can I monitor the data transferred while using mundu IM?

No. The next version of mundu IM will provide you with data transfer statistics so that you can keep a check on your data bills.

4. Can I establish a conference across services?

Yes. With its unique Cross-conferencing feature, mundu IM allows you to invite multiple contacts on different IM services - AOL, MSN and Yahoo to conference into a single chat window. Now you can be more productive by exchanging information simultaneously with multiple co-workers, partners or contacts on these services.

5. Is there a limitation on the number of buddies that can be invited to a conference?

No. We have tested this feature for as many as 10 buddies without any issues.

6. Do I receive email notifications once I login to the services?

Yes. You will receive new email notifications on MSN, Yahoo and Google once you login to those IM services.

7. Can I transfer files to my buddies?

Yes. You can select a document, photo, audio or other media file from the local file/media folder of your device and share this instantly with a buddy on any IM service.

8. Can I set a different custom status message for each service?

mundu IM V4 allows you to set a different status message for each service that supports custom status messages.
